Once Phase 2A is complete, the City of Fairfield will begin widening Vanden Road between Canon Road and Leisure Town Road. This component of Fairfield’s infrastructure phase will alleviate traffic congestion from the I-80 system and improve intercounty mobility, connecting with previous and future phases throughout the county.
Upon completion, this project will connect to Phases 1A, 1B, and 1C in Vacaville, Phases 2A and 2C in Fairfield, and other previous and future phases of this multi-jurisdictional project.
