Vacaville’s first component of its multi-package infrastructure project widened Leisure Town Road from Vanden Road to Commerce Place.  This project laid the foundation for future improvements that will alleviate congestion from the I-80 corridor and improve inter-county mobility.  It includes a new roundabout at Foxboro Drive.

Construction began in 2016 and finished ahead of schedule, allowing Phase 1B to move forward.  This project is complete and open to the public.
