Join the STA and Caltrans District 4 to learn more about the I-80 Six Bridge Project in Vallejo

Caltrans has scheduled to begin work on increasing the vertical clearance on six bridges that cross over Interstate 80 (I-80) in the City of Vallejo just north of the Carquinez Bridge.

The six bridges do not meet the current vertical clearance design standard of 16 feet 6 inches. Caltrans will increase the vertical clearance at each bridge one at a time, starting with Springs Road. The work will take about four months per bridge. A complete 4-month closure of Springs Road at I-80
is anticipated to start sometime in late Fall 2020.
